I’ve created a YouTube playlist for all the videos of songs belonging to the fourth album of William Griffin’s story, in the order that they will appear in the final album. I have yet to produce all the songs, but it’s going great. The final album will only contain the best song contained in each of these videos, so this playlist is the only way of experiencing the extended album with all variations.

Covers of “Love Thy Tyrannosaurus” from Odes to My Triceratops, Vol. 2
The original “Love Thy Tyrannosaurus,” produced during the glory days of the now-defunct Udio, became one of my favorite rock songs I had ever heard, AI-produced or not. Suno managed to turn an already fantastic source into a monstrous banger.
Playlist for “Come and Die”
So many versions and bangers of this poem warrant a proper YouTube playlist.
New song “Come and Die (timba version)” from Odes to My Triceratops, Vol. 4
This concludes the series of bangers for “Come and Die.” What a surprise this part William’s arc turned out to be sonically.
New song “Come and Die (northern soul version)” from Odes to My Triceratops, Vol. 4
To produce these songs from lyrics already finished, I go through a disciplined mapping of what each part of the lyrics intends emotionally, then I execute a comprehensive sweep of more than 600 musical genres to see which would capture the specific emotional needs. I shortlist that to about six main candidates (sometimes mixes of adjacent genres) and ten reserves. For most song lyrics, I’m lucky if I get two genres that are true matches. For this song, “Come and Die,” I’ve ended up with an absurd number of bangers. More versions to come. It’s even stranger when I consider that this used to be the first half of the poem titled “Rex the Wrecker,” not an independent song.
Covers of “Sadtown Train” from Odes to My Triceratops, Vol. 3
This was one of my favorite songs from William’s early suicidal era, but Udio’s audio quality at the time didn’t match well with the complexities of the composition, so I ended up not listening to it often enough. I think Suno has done a great job remixing the song.
